Job summary

The Write Connection PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver outstanding service, promote programmes, and support enrolments across multiple centres in Singapore.

You will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure a positive student experience. Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service, be proficient with MacBook and G-Suite, and communicate well in English; Mandarin capability is essential for families.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in enrichment/education.
• Proficiency with MacBook and G-Suite applications.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with families.

Responsibilities

• Share information about TWC programmes to achieve sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programmes.
• Follow up on leads, arrange trial lessons, and assist enrollment.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in queries.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to boost visibility and enrolments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a cheerful, professional demeanor and collect customer feedback.
• Stay informed on programmes and updates to provide accurate information.
• Manage admin tasks: scheduling classes, enrollments, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
