Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring to join the on-site team at Novena. The role focuses on onboarding new parents to our community, sharing the Centre's vision, and recommending suitable programs for students. You will support engagement activities and maintain strong relationships with parents and learners.

The position requires a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree, with training provided on entry. Some educational background in tutoring or learning centres is a plus and the candidate

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community.
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them.
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and ensure payment for classes is received.
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general administrative duties, e.g. onboarding emails, data entry, data sorting and research.
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system.
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents.
