Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking candidates to join the customer acquisition team. You will onboard new parents to our community and share the Centre's vision, recommending suitable programs for students.

You will maintain relationships with parents, act as their advocate, and plan lead-generation events with partners. You will also assist with admin tasks and ensure customer data is accurately entered in the CRM system and kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
