Job summary

Heritage Academy PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Admissions and Sales Specialist to drive enrolment growth.

You will generate leads, close sales, and respond to enquiry pathways with a consultative approach. You will conduct pre-course counselling for parents, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure accurate documentation while meeting monthly targets and KPIs. Familiarity with CRM tools and performance reporting is valued, as is experience in education or international school

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, admissions, or business development.
• Experience in education industry / PEI/ International School is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• To achieve sales target by generating leads and sales closure.
• Attend to enrolment enquiries and follow-up on leads.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for parents.
• Meet monthly enrolment targets and conversion KPIs.
• Support marketing campaigns and open house.
• Arrange diagnostic assessment and student orientation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentations.
