Job summary

The International French School (Singapore) is seeking an Admissions Executive to oversee enrollment, re-enrollment and departures with meticulous process discipline. You will manage documents, communicate with families, and maintain records in the CRM and Eduka systems.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely admissions decisions, MOE exemptions, visas, and certificates of completion, while supporting Open House events and campus tours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, school administration, education, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
• Experience in handling enquiries and providing administrative support to families, students, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, for maintaining records, creating and managing opportunities, tracking interactions, and following up on prospective families.
• Experience with student information or admissions management systems, preferably Eduka, would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administrative management of enrollment and re-enrollment files and verification of required documents.
• Manage admissions committees (monthly planning, preparation, information to families).
• Update the student database and create opportunities on the CRM tool (Salesforce).
• Ensure the request and follow-up of student passes and MOE exemption requests for Singaporean students.
• Management of departure files, tracking and mailing of certificates; update student records.
• Liaise with families, provide guidance on admissions, and conduct campus visits as needed.
• Support Open House events, campus tours, and respond to inquiries on weekdays and Saturdays.
