Job summary

The International French School (Singapore) is seeking an Admissions Executive to oversee enrollment, re-enrollment and departures. You will manage multiple applications, verify documents, coordinate admissions committees and maintain the CRM for effective outreach to families.

Role requires strong organization, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Eduka) and excellent communication in a fast-paced school environment. Permanent, on-site position with Singapore employment standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in admissions, school administration or CRM support.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines, communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Admin management of enrollment and re-enrollment files with verification of documents.
• Coordinate admissions committees and communications with families.
• Update CRM and Eduka records; ensure visas and MOE exemptions where needed.
• Provide onboarding support to prospective families and conduct campus tours as required.
• Prepare reports on enrolment, re-enrolment and departures and respond to surveys.
