Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital learning projects and LMS.
• Experience with web technologies, APIs, and cloud architectures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of LMS and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Define architecture, development standards, and AI integration practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor engineers.
• Oversee integration with HR and analytics systems; ensure SCORM/xAPI/LTI compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to align technical deliverables.
• Ensure security, data protection, and system performance.
