Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst in its EdTech division to analyze business processes and automated systems, producing As-Is and To-Be descriptions. You will lead Product Onboarding, prepare communications, and participate in testing and design activities for internal and external projects.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and experience translating technical concepts into business terms.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering preferred.
• Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
• Experience producing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of Education background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements for product development.
• Document, analyze and evaluate the business flow, deliver Functional requirements, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
• Translate technical information into business language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to align technical vision with usability and performance needs.
• Support the project manager, product manager and team in planning deliverables, scope, schedule and other aspects of the project.
