Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, and other PM tools is desirable.
• Experience with telecommunications, CRMs like Siebel/SFDC, Billing systems such as BSCS/Matrixx, Outsystems, and API Gateway is a plus.
