Job summary

NTU Singapore's Institute for Pedagogical Innovation (InsPIRE) – Educational Services invites applications for a Senior Assistant Manager, EdTech Enablement. You will lead AI-enabled teaching initiatives and coach faculty.

The role combines hands-on AI content creation, course-design advisory, and change management to drive university-wide teaching projects with integrity and data protection. You will build AI exemplars, run workshops, evaluate EdTech tools, and report outcomes to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Tertiary-level teaching experience
• At least 5 years in educational technology, learning design, digital learning or staff capability development, including hands-on work with generative AI applied to teaching, learning or content creation.
• Demonstrated practical use of generative AI tools to create learning content, media or workflows.
• Training & Facilitation: design and deliver training, workshops or onboarding to academic or professional audiences.
• Consultancy & Learning Design: advise educators on course, assessment or content design and translate pedagogical needs into practical technology solutions.
• Communications & Core Competencies: strong writing/editing for internal audiences; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Faculty EdTech Enablement & Training: design and deliver a recurring programme of hands-on workshops, clinics and onboarding sessions.
• AI-Enhanced Learning Design Consultancy: advise faculty and course teams on applying AI to course design, assessment design and learning content.
• AI Creation & Showcase: build AI-generated and AI-assisted learning assets and curate them into a library of exemplars.
• Tool Evaluation & Governance-Aligned Adoption: pilot EdTech/AI tools and translate policy into practical guardrails.
• Communications & Engagement: plan and execute communications for programmes and university initiatives.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement: track participation, adoption and impact; inform the next cycle of enablement.

Education
