Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) invites applications for a Senior Assistant Manager, AI Enablement (Teaching & Learning). Lead Faculty EdTech enablement, design AI-enhanced learning, and curate AI exemplars to showcase innovative teaching across NTU’s campuses.

Qualifications

• Education background in Education or Educational Technology.
• 5+ years in EdTech, learning design, or staff capability development.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in teaching, learning or content creation.
• Proven training and facilitation experience with academic or professional audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a recurring programme of AI-enabled teaching workshops, clinics and onboarding sessions, plus guides and recorded demonstrations.
• Advise faculty and course teams on applying AI to course design, assessment and learning content within governance and data-protection guidelines.
• Build demonstrable AI-generated and AI-assisted learning assets and curate them into a library of exemplars and success stories for university-wide adoption.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging EdTech and AI tools; translate policy into practical guardrails for faculty to follow.
• Plan and execute communications to build awareness and uptake of programmes and university-wide learning initiatives.
