Job summary

Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a Head of Ecosystem Growth to drive adoption of Arbitrum technologies and expand its ecosystem globally. You will lead partnerships, developer enablement, and strategic initiatives across DeFi, Gaming, and AI sectors.

You will shape ecosystem strategy, manage collaborations with engineers, marketers, and partners, and report KPIs to leadership. A remote-first role with international scope is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ecosystem development, business development, or growth roles in blockchain/Web3.
• Proven track record scaling developer ecosystems, partnerships, and communities.
• Strong experience with Layer 1/2 solutions and Ethereum ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the Arbitrum ecosystem.
• Forge strategic partnerships with developers, dApps, industry leaders, and collaborators.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to enable partners.
