Job summary

Gate, a leading global crypto exchange, is hiring for a Global Partnerships role. This remote-first position offers exposure to live deals across asset listings, TradFi and Web3, with partners and senior leadership involved from day one.

You will own outreach, qualify opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move deals through due diligence, proposals and negotiations, while maintaining strong partner relationships in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level English communication with strong written and verbal ability. Chinese is a plus.
• 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, or related fields.
• Interest in crypto and Web3 with ability to discuss at project level.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify partnership opportunities across asset listings, TradFi and Web3.
• Run first-touch outreach and early-stage partner conversations.
• Support live deals through due diligence, proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and keep them warm.
• Prepare partner research and deal materials for leadership.
• Coordinate with product, legal, compliance, risk, ops and marketing to move deals forward.
• Track pipeline and partner activity to prevent deals from stalling.
• Represent Gate at industry events and partner meetings.
