Job summary

REFASH, a brand under Carousell Group, is seeking a dedicated individual for full‑time work in Singapore to support the online store. You will contribute to monthly KPIs, assist onboarding, measure merchandise, upload products, handle order fulfilment, and manage warehousing tasks.

You will collaborate with the MY E‑commerce ops team to ensure smooth delivery and logistics, and you will meticulously record feedback for escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in the related field is required.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and good time management.
• Able to work independently and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs.
• Assist the e-commerce operations team with onboarding to hit online sales targets: shoot/measure merchandise, edit/upload products, order fulfilment, warehouse management.
• Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly.
• Record feedback meticulously and escalate to relevant teams promptly.
