Job summary

Carousell Group invites a motivated intern for the Ecommerce Operations team to help grow REFASH online store performance. The role focuses on onboarding, product photography, and listing optimization within a Singapore-based environment.

You will work closely with the regional e-commerce group, manage inventories, and support logistics coordination while establishing strong attention to detail and proactive communication. This is a 6–7 month program beginning Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in the related field.
Good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Detail oriented, organised and has good time management.
Able to work independently and display strong initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs.
Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets.
Shoot and measure merchandise.
Edit and upload products.
Warehouse management.
Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly.
Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams.
