Job summary

Carousell Group's REFASH division in Singapore is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Intern for Jan 2027. You will support online store growth, onboard operations, shoot and measure merchandise, upload products, manage warehouse tasks, and liaise with the MY E-commerce team to ensure smooth delivery and logistics.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in a related field, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in the related field.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, organised with good time management.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
• Assist the e-commerce operations team with onboarding to hit online sales targets
• Shoot and measure merchandise
• Edit and upload products
• Warehouse management
• Work with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics
• Record feedback meticulously and escalate to relevant teams
