Job summary

Carousell Group invites a motivated intern for the Ecommerce Operations team to help grow REFASH online store performance. The role focuses on onboarding, product photography, and listing optimization within a Singapore-based environment.

You will work closely with the regional e-commerce group, manage inventories, and support logistics coordination while establishing strong attention to detail and proactive communication. This is a 6–7 month program beginning Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in the related field.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail oriented, organised and has good time management.
• Able to work independently and display strong initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs.
• Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets.
• Shoot and measure merchandise.
• Edit and upload products.
• Warehouse management.
• Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly.
• Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams.
