Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 3–5 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in retail/e-commerce and/or payments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Source new merchant opportunities through emails, outbound calls, or inbound leads.
• Manage and support merchants through the full Apple Pay enablement cycle from discovery to launch.
• Identify key players and manage end-to-end enablement with merchants and payment partners.
• Support merchants through post-go-live growth initiatives (UX audits, conversion optimization, anomaly detection).
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Onboard merchants with Apple Pay integration with Technical Specialists for a great customer experience.
• Build and deliver communication strategies to evangelize Apple Pay via various formats (in person or webinars).
• Provide updates on account and pipeline progress and productivity KPIs to leadership and teams.
