Apple, Inc. is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist for Australia Market based in Singapore.

You will initiate and engage with potential e-commerce merchants to drive Apple Pay acceptance across web and app channels, collaborating with WPC and partner teams to deliver seamless integration and outstanding merchant experiences. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, merchant onboarding, and ongoing optimization to drive growth and adoption of Apple Pay in online retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 3-5 years of sales or business development experience.

Responsabilités

• Source new merchant opportunities via email, outbound calls, or inbound leads.
• Manage merchants through the Apple Pay enablement cycle from discovery to launch.
• Identify key players and manage end-to-end enablement with merchants and payment partners.
• Support merchants with post-go-live growth initiatives (UX audits, conversion optimization, anomaly detection).
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
