Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Merchandise Analyst to help optimize the online product experience. The role focuses on building product structures, updating navigation visuals, and ensuring accuracy across the site for launches and promotions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience, perform seasonal checks, and continually improve site content and performance.

Qualifications

• Min tertiary qualification and 2 years of e-commerce or related experience.
• Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform product builds including group-to-category and UAT checks.
• Create categories and update thumbnails and visual navigation for product launches.
• Manage site updates, SEO copy, and promotions.
• Conduct post-launch site scrubs for attributes, images, and copy.
• Maintain web assortment across desktop, mobile, and app.
