Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business and Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in sourcing, merchandising, supply chain operations, reporting or related role.
• Experience coordinating with regional offices and cross-functional stakeholders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain established reports, trackers, and follow-up logs.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze reporting results to identify exceptions, trends or areas requiring investigation.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up.
