Job summary

SONICGEAR LAB. PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results‑driven Ecommerce strategist to lead online sales growth. You will shape strategy, optimize conversion rates, and raise average order value through cross‑selling and upselling across our web store.

You will oversee platform operations, marketing campaigns, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration with IT, logistics, and customer service to ensure accurate catalogs, pricing, stock, and site experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet revenue targets, improve conversion rates (CVR), and increase average order values (AOV) via cross-selling and upselling.
• Platform & Store Operations: Manage day-to-day web store operations, including product catalogs, pricing accuracy, stock availability, layout optimization, and site navigation.
• Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Coordinate promotional campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid search, and social media ads in alignment with sales goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, drop-off rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central bridge between marketing, IT/web development, logistics/fulfillment, and customer service teams.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Monitor stock forecasting, coordinate order fulfillment policies, and manage relationships with tech and platform vendors.
