Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the Cargo Division, Digital & E-Commerce Logistics, to develop Parxl and drive sales growth.

You will build strategic partnerships, manage customer relationships, and coordinate onboarding to support rapid expansion of Parxl services in a fast-paced logistics landscape.

Experience in e-commerce logistics and strong negotiation skills are valued for success in this role, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in E-commerce logistics industry, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects in focus markets.
• Manage sales pipeline of qualified customers and convert to new accounts for Parxl.
• Monitor competitors’ strategies and promotions to stay ahead.
• Conduct sales presentations and participate in RFQ to convert leads.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing customers.
• Support marketing efforts to promote Parxl solutions, including events.
• Coordinate onboarding of customers and key accounts (systems, operations, etc.).
• Regularly monitor key accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Serve as liaison to overseas Parxl sales and stations.
• Develop metrics to track sales performance across markets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Parxl offerings.
