Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive/Asst Manager in E-Commerce Logistics (Business Development) to join the Cargo Division. The role focuses on developing Parxl and driving revenue by pursuing new opportunities, partnerships, and strong customer relationships in a fast-paced logistics market.

You will lead sales efforts, present to prospects, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with global teams to expand Parxl services across target markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects in focus markets through research, networking, cold calling, and outreach strategies.
• Manage sales pipeline of qualified customers, conducting cold calls and outreach to convert leads to new accounts for Parxl.
• Monitor competitors’ strategies, offerings and promotions to stay ahead in the industry.
• Conduct sales presentations and participate in RFQ to convert leads.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing customers.
• Support marketing efforts to promote Parxl solutions to target customers, including events and webinars.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding of customers and key accounts (system integrations, operations, etc.).
• Regularly monitor key accounts and performance to drive revenue growth.
• Liaise with overseas Parxl sales and support overseas stations in pitching for new customers.
• Develop measurable metrics to track sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Parxl offerings and create value for customers.
