Job summary

Aspial Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an eCommerce Fulfilment & Operations Executive to manage online order operations, inventory coordination, platform administration, and digital content support across multiple eCommerce channels.

You will coordinate fulfilment, monitor order status from processing to dispatch, perform RFID inventory checks, and help maintain accurate records and performance insights for marketplace growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor online customer orders across all eCommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Process orders and generate invoices using the WebPOS system.
• Coordinate fulfilment activities and oversee order status from processing to dispatch.
• Coordinate courier collections and delivery schedules to meet marketplace service level requirements.
• Ensure packaging standards, order accuracy, and presentation quality are maintained.
• Monitor order exceptions, fulfilment delays, and operational issues, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams.
• Provide CCTV footage and supporting documentation for return parcels, customer complaints, refund requests, and dispute investigations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain fulfilment records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels across online platforms and ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records, stock movements, and system updates.
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct weekly physical stock counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory replenishment and stock transfers.
• Process and manage weekly eCommerce requisition orders and stationery requests through the MuRho system and Kumpulan account.
• Monitor competitors’ marketplace promotions, pricing activities, campaign participation, and digital content to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Support inventory updates, and marketplace operational tasks.
• Maintain operational accuracy across eCommerce platforms and ensure timely execution of platform updates.
• Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and operational insights to support eCommerce performance.
• Coordinate and support the production of images and digital content for eCommerce and social media platforms.
• Support livestream operations, campaign preparations, product showcases, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc eCommerce projects, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements.
