Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to connect exceptional talent with amazing opportunities. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape effective hiring strategies.

You will build proactive sourcing pipelines through direct search, referrals, and networking; ensure a positive candidate experience; analyze recruitment metrics to advise on market trends;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience across professional, technical, or leadership roles.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders with consultative advice.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities
