You'll drive a high-quality candidate experience, analyze hiring metrics, and support employer branding across university and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience across professional/leadership roles.
• Strong partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proven sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
• Support employer branding and university engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements and tech adoption.
