Job summary

CHANEL in Singapore seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for retail roles and support office recruitment, delivering a thoughtful candidate journey for both candidates and hiring managers.

You will build strong pipelines, partner with regional TA colleagues, and contribute to a regional SEAA TA model focused on agile and consistent hiring practices. This role requires market insight and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Approximately 4–8 years of talent acquisition experience, with exposure to retail, luxury, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end and volume recruitment across multiple concurrent vacancies.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent pipelining, candidate assessment and offer management capability.
• Good understanding of Singapore talent market dynamics and employment practices.
• Confidence in partnering with hiring managers and influencing through market insights.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfort using ATS and recruitment data; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
• Hands-on and accountable working style with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across Singapore, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Support selected office recruitment assignments based on market and regional priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and P&O teams to understand workforce needs, critical vacancies, hiring timelines and role requirements.
• Translate hiring needs into practical sourcing and selection plans balancing quality, pace and business priorities.
• Actively manage pipelines for recurring, volume and business-critical retail roles.
• Leverage direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping and relevant recruitment channels to build sustainable talent pools.
• Deliver a consistent and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
