Job summary

ITC in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of brand websites and digital platforms for enterprise clients. You will be client-facing, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and with high quality.

You will mentor junior PMs, challenge design decisions, and translate business needs into actionable proposals, working across time zones in a dynamic APAC environment.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of project management delivering brand/corporate websites.
• Strong UX/UI literacy to review designs and challenge decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to conduct pre-sales presentations and explain solutions.
• Experience engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of web/mobile development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to balance business expectations with technical realities.
• Experience leading diverse, client-driven teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of brand websites and digital platforms.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of 5+ members including designers and developers.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality goals.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Serve as main client contact; manage expectations and changes.
• Negotiate timelines and budgets for profitability and feasibility.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to align on vision and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into actionable project proposals.
• Review design decisions for structure, responsiveness, and UX flows.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to meet brand standards.
• Optimize resource planning and workload balancing.
• Mentor junior PMs and team leads to foster accountability.
