Job summary

ALFON INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce Administrator to handle day-to-day management of online sales platforms, ensure smooth order processing, keep inventory up to date, and support platform optimization.

The role includes daily routing for delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and warehousing. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of e-commerce or admin experience, familiarity with Lazada/Shopee, strong Excel skills, and an eye for detail to maintain

Qualifications

O Levels or a Diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of administrative or e-commerce experience preferred.
Experience with Lazada or Shopee is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with inventory management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

Process orders and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
Plan daily delivery routes for the delivery team.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with warehouse teams.
Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging systems.
Coordinate with in-house delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment and tracking.
Maintain accurate records of orders and product updates.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to support business objectives.
