Job summary

Valiram is seeking an operations-focused professional to drive ecommerce performance in Singapore. The role involves inventory management, order processing with regional 3PL, data analytics, and frontline customer support across email, phone and chat.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate promotions, recruit buyers, and collaborate with marketing to expand channels while ensuring timely fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team to drive business by managing inventory and e-commerce orders with regional 3PL.
• Manage complex data and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee deliveries, refunds, returns, and on-ground logistics for e-commerce orders.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat to resolve queries.
• Monitor ecommerce KPIs: GMV, net sales, traffic, conversion, AOV.
• Plan monthly promotions and localisation campaigns to win in local market.
• Recruit and retain buyers to drive repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with marketing to expand channel reach.
• Provide regular data reports and insights to management.
