is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Associate to support order processing, customer service, platform management, and promotional initiatives in a fast-paced, online retail environment. In this role, you will coordinate with inventory teams, assist with basic marketing tasks, monitor stock levels, and analyze performance metrics to improve the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Experience managing online stores and e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and process online orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing exceptional support.
Maintain and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring products are accurately listed and promotions are effectively implemented.
Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as updating social media channels, creating promotional content, and analyzing market trends.
