Job summary

AugustX is seeking a versatile operations and growth-minded professional to oversee Sales & Traffic Generation across Ecommerce Platform Online, ensuring promotions, pricing and campaign assets maximise conversions and sales.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Commercial and third‑party agencies to brief offers and secure traffic‑driving exposure, while maintaining accurate, locally relevant product content and site layouts; support Post‑Sales Operations and Customer Care, monitor KPIs and

Responsibilities

• Set up and QA all promotions, pricing, promo codes and campaign assets on Ecommerce Platform Online to maximise conversion and sales
• Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial and third-party agencies to brief offers and secure traffic‑driving exposure
• Maintain accurate, locally relevant product and campaign content and site layouts
• Liaise with Fulfilment Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver on‑time orders and speedy issue resolution
• Monitor KPIs and raise corrective actions when needed
• Track campaign / banner performance, site metrics (CVR, bounce, basket, NPS) and competitor trends
• Prepare and refresh business SOPs to ensure operational excellence and continuity
