Job summary

REOLINK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Online Sales (E-Comm Executive) to manage our e-commerce storefronts, including the official website and Amazon, across Australia, Europe, and US markets.

You will optimize listings, conduct keyword research, and drive promotions to boost traffic and conversions while ensuring policy compliance and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing e-commerce duties on the company website and Amazon.
• Solid understanding of platform policies for Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with website traffic, CRO, and analytics tools.
• Cross-border e-commerce experience for Australia/Europe/US markets is a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred for this post.
• Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience handling Company's Official Website / Amazon for E-Commerce Duties
• Solid understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with Website traffic & conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO
• Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is an advantage, particularly for the Australia and Europe & US Markets.

This Role will mainly focus on handling Reolink Official Website (E-Commerce) & Amazon for different region in Australia, Europe and US Markets.

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal store performance, with a focus on the Australia and Europe & US Markets.
• Upload product listings across platforms, including writing and optimizing high-quality titles, descriptions, and item specifics, aligned with target market preferences.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
