Nestlé Purina Petcare in Singapore seeks an E-Commerce Marketplace and Retail Digital Media Manager to lead regional marketplace, social commerce and retail media strategy to unlock growth. You will own the go-to-market plan, direct retail media investments, and drive commercial effectiveness across the full shopper journey, partnering with markets and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 7+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Experience with Lazada, Shopee and other marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of e-Commerce metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the ePetshop sales and marketing strategy for NPP AOA brands.
• Define regional Retail Digital Media operating model and investment guidance for markets.
• Develop a full-funnel regional RDM measurement framework to track ROI.
• Partner with markets, platforms, creators and agencies to activate brands and scale social commerce capabilities across the region.
