Job summary

ELITEZ PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and XHS in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will plan engaging content, create videos and visuals, execute campaigns on Shopee and Lazada, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Strong editing skills (CapCut or Adobe Premiere) and the ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies.
• Creative, proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and 小红书 (XHS).

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Manage daily e-commerce operations such as product listings, order processing, and packing.
• Support marketing events and create real-time content while engaging with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Job description

• Salary :$2,600-$3,200 SGD

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9AM-6PM and Alternate Sat half day
