Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the company's online revenue strategy from its Kaki Bukit location. You will manage the ecommerce platform, oversee site performance and UX, and collaborate with marketing and merchandising to optimise listings and content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ecommerce managerial experience.
• Proven track record in ecommerce management in fashion/accessories.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with analytics and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
• Manage the ecommerce platform ensuring seamless UX, performance, and conversions.

Job Summary:

• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Timing: Monday to Friday, 8am - 10am start

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
• Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality.
• Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
