Job summary

HAACH LIFESTYLE HMH PTE LTD is expanding its digital footprint and seeks an E-Commerce Manager to lead online retail operations. You will own the P&L of the e-commerce channel, manage product portfolios, and align with offline wellness services.

You will oversee platform management, promotions, UX improvements, and performance marketing collaboration to drive online revenue growth and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on e-commerce management experience in beauty/personal care or FMCG.
• Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of e-commerce KPIs (AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate, Cart Abandonment).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand’s e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Develop and execute promotional calendars, exclusive online launches, and bundling strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze website metrics to optimize navigation, checkout flow, and user experience to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and social media teams to drive traffic via SEO, SEM and social commerce.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service for efficient order processing and post-purchase support.

Role Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will take full ownership of our digital storefront, driving online sales, optimizing the customer journey, and managing digital product portfolios. You will be responsible for the P&L of the e-commerce channel, ensuring seamless integration between online product sales and offline wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand’s e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional updates.
• Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute promotional calendars, exclusive online launches, and bundling strategies to meet monthly and quarterly digital revenue targets.
• Customer Experience (UX/UI): Continuously analyze website metrics to optimize site navigation, checkout processes, and overall user experience to improve conversion rates.
• Digital Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with performance marketing and social media teams to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce site through SEO, SEM, and social commerce integrations.
• Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure efficient order processing, timely delivery, and excellent post-purchase support.
