Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in software development or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong programming ability with solid data structures & algorithms background.
• Deep learning expertise including NLP or multimodal learning; research experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop domain-specific LLM/MLLMs for e-commerce applications.
• Improve governance via algorithm optimization and intelligent review systems.
• Enhance models through data construction, instruction tuning, and PEFT techniques.
• Solve governance challenges using long text and multimodal modeling approaches.
• Advance NLP and multimodal large models for multilingual, multi-task scenarios.
