You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that guide policy, detect violations, and enhance user experience across languages and regions. The role welcomes graduates with a strong ML/DL background, solid CS fundamentals, and a passion for innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, CS, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming.
• Deep learning, NLP or multimodal learning research experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Large language Model Algorithm Development: build domain-specific LLMs for e-commerce.
• E-commerce Governance Optimization: improve governance with intelligent review systems.
• Model Enhancement: data construction, instruction fine-tuning, CoT, PEFT.
• Governance-related problem solving: handle long sequences, few-shot learning, content moderation.
• Model Development and Optimization: advance NLP and multimodal models for multilingual and multi-task scenarios.
