TikTok PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a PhD-level researcher to join our team focused on AI risk detection for the e-commerce ecosystem. You will develop data models and algorithms to mine and predict risks, and work on large-scale ML systems in production.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, publishing where possible, and exploring cutting-edge ML/graph learning techniques to improve platform safety, content understanding, and merchant governance.

Formación

• PhD in software development, CS, or a related technical field.
• Strong coding skills with DL/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, DGL, PyG, sklearn).
• Familiar with graph/sequence learning algorithms with depth and breadth.
• Experience building AI-Agent projects and multi-agent collaboration.
• Solid industry experience and ML theory background.

Responsabilidades

• Mine, identify, and predict risks and low-quality merchants, products, and creators.
• Identify events affecting product experience; build data models for ecosystem.
• Develop data for entities like e-commerce live streaming, products, merchants, creators.
• Build large-scale graph storage and learning platform to improve governance.
• Explore cutting-edge ML/graph/sequence tech and deploy scalable models.
