TikTok PTE. LTD. is seeking talented minds to join our team to build deep learning and optimization models that power global e-commerce logistics.

You will pioneer domain-specific AI agents, leverage massive ecommerce data, and collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have a strong ML background, hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a passion for research-driven product impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Strong ML and statistics knowledge with practical experience.
Proficient in Python/Java and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).

Responsibilities

Develop deep learning and operations research models for global E-Commerce supply chain and logistics.
Pioneer domain-specific LLMs using CPT, SFT and RL; design AI Agents to diagnose and resolve issues.
Use ML/DL to predict ETA and logistics events to improve user experience.
Forecast sales and inventory needs using time-series methods for various horizons.
Collaborate with merchant sourcing and pricing systems to optimize growth and efficiency.
Analyze merchandise traffic and pricing strategies to achieve growth targets within cost constraints.
