Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Solid programming skills and strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Strong ML foundation with DL, RL, NLP or multimodal learning experience.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to explore new technologies and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build domain-specific large language models (LLM/MLLM) for e-commerce and integrate domain knowledge.
• Develop e-commerce governance solutions; improve merchant/product/video/live-stream/IPR governance via optimization.
• Handle data construction, foundational model enhancements, instruction tuning, CoT and PEFT for model performance.
• Address challenges like long text modeling, few-shot learning, content moderation, and policy recommendations using large models and multimodal approaches.
• Research and optimize e-commerce NLP and multimodal models for multilingual, multi-task scenarios.
