Job summary

Waangoo Trading is seeking a senior E‑commerce leader to drive online merchandising, commercial performance, and marketplace operations from Singapore. You will lead website optimisation, catalogue management, pricing, and promotional campaigns, while coordinating D2C and multi-channel initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in e-commerce or digital trading, hands-on experience with Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce, and strong analytics, KPI reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in e-commerce, digital trading, or marketplace ops.
• Experience managing online sales operations, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and fulfilment.
• Hands-on with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, or WooCommerce platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, sales reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations and growth.
• Lead website management and digital merchandising.
