Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology, seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the Singapore team and oversee our official website and Amazon storefronts. You will drive sales growth, optimize listings, and coordinate promotions across Australia, Europe, and the US markets.

You will manage a 15-person local team, track performance data, and ensure compliant operations while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred.
2–5 years of hands-on experience on the company's official website or Amazon platform.
Familiar with Website Traffic & Conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
Experience in handling online store, online sales operations and online sales growth duties.
Cross-border e-commerce experience (B2C or D2C) is a plus, especially for Australia/Europe/US markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the SG E-Commerce Team in Singapore.
Manage multiple e-commerce storefronts (Official website & Amazon).
Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data; optimize product/pricing strategies.
Upload listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and specifics.
Conduct keyword research and listing optimization for better visibility and conversion.
Plan and execute promotions tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor orders and coordinate fulfillment to meet platform standards.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices to safeguard account health.
