Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the company's online revenue strategy from its Kaki Bukit location. You will manage the ecommerce platform, oversee site performance and UX, and collaborate with marketing and merchandising to optimise listings and content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ecommerce managerial experience.
• Proven track record in ecommerce management in fashion/accessories.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with analytics and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
• Manage the ecommerce platform ensuring seamless UX, performance, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and teams to improve listings, content and site functionality.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify new technologies and tools to enhance ecommerce operations.
