Job summary

Kim Guan Guan Coffee Roaster Pte Ltd is seeking an E‑Commerce Specialist to own the Kim’s Duet brand online. You will manage day‑to‑day operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Lazada, and RedMart, driving growth and optimizing inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.

You will also support offline events and pop‑ups to reinforce brand presence in Singapore. You should bring 3–5 years in multi‑channel e‑commerce, strong financial literacy, and a passion for Singapore’s Nanyang coffee heritage

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related discipline.
Experience:3–5 years managing multi‑channel e‑commerce stores (FMCG/CPG preferred).
Platform knowledge:Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, RedMart, Shopify back‑end admin.
Commercial/Channel governance:Brand value preservation, pricing strategy, cross‑channel alignment.
Financial/data literacy:Comfort with numbers, platform payouts, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations across e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Lazada, RedMart).
Drive online growth with strategic pricing, listings, inventory, and fulfillment optimization; monitor FBS operations and store health metrics.
Coordinate offline activations and live events; manage campaigns, vouchers, and ROI tracking; prepare regular management reports for leadership.
