Job summary

TAG Espresso Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Executive to drive online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify. You will own day-to-day operations and push growth with data-driven decisions.

The role requires at least two years of e-commerce experience, a strong grasp of platform campaigns and promotions, and the ability to work independently to achieve measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop.
• Shopify or Amazon experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with platform campaigns, promotions and basic advertising.
• Good understanding of e-commerce sales and performance data.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse or logistics management is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales growth, rather than purely administrative or operational work.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good English communication skills.

TAG Espresso is a Singapore-based coffee brand specializing in high-quality freeze-dried coffee products. We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven E-Commerce Executive / Senior E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This role involves taking ownership of online sales growth across multiple platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify
• Product listing, listing optimization, pricing and promotions
• Plan and execute platform campaigns and major promotional events
• Monitor traffic, conversion rates, sales and customer retention
• Develop and execute online sales growth strategies
• Manage or support Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads
