Job summary

INITIA Group is expanding its beauty and lifestyle brands across Singapore and Malaysia and seeks a Sales Executive with 3-4 years in e-commerce/retail. You will drive online and retail channel execution, manage pricing and promotions, and report on channel performance, while handling customer inquiries and B2B opportunities.

Proficiency with major platforms (Shopee/Lazada) and willingness to travel internationally are valued, along with an interest in K-beauty products.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience operating e-commerce or retail channels.
• Hands-on experience operating major e-commerce platforms in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Korean proficiency is a strong advantage for collaboration with Korean partners.
• Open to international business travel as needed.
• Genuine interest in K-beauty/K-products.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for online commerce and retail channels, including B2B opportunities.
• Plan channel-specific pricing policies and promotions.
• Monitor and report on key channel performance metrics (sales, profit, etc.).
• Manage channel-specific customer inquiries and requests.
