Job summary

Castle Rock EXIM, a Singapore-based e-commerce retailer, seeks an organized E-Commerce Order Fulfilment Coordinator to manage daily orders across marketplaces, our website, and retail channels from receipt to dispatch. You will coordinate with the warehouse, delivery fleet, and couriers, ensuring accurate orders, timely packing, and responsive customer service, including weekend chat support when needed.

This role requires attention to detail, independence, and the ability to prioritise multiple

Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce order processing, fulfilment or logistics coordination.
Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
Ability to organise and prioritise multiple orders with minimal supervision.
Willingness to assist with packing and customer support as needed.

Responsibilities

Process daily orders from online marketplaces, company website, direct sales and retail outlets.
Check orders for accuracy and resolve any order-related issues.
Ensure orders are processed promptly and released to the warehouse for fulfilment.
Monitor order progress and follow through until dispatch.
Coordinate with drivers and couriers to ensure correct dispatch and delivery.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and buyer chats across channels.
Reconcile weekly marketplace payouts and identify discrepancies.
Weekend buyer chat support when required.
